Dr. Robert Titchenal- DVM

He received his DVM from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, and won the Merck award as the top student/clinician in his class. His mother claims that he knew from the time he was a little boy that he wanted to be a veterinarian.

Dr. Angela Smith - DVM

Dr Smith is the owner of Petaluma Veterinary Hospital and was voted Best Veterinarian In Petaluma in 2021. She practiced for five years in the Chicago suburbs before joining Petaluma Veterinary Hospital in December 2001. She purchased the practice in April 2016 after working with Dr. T. for 15 years. Pain management and animal behavior are two of her special interest areas.

Dr. Kari Kristensen-McCulloch – BVSc

Dr. Kristensen was raised in Los Altos, CA. She earned a BA in Business Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from the University of Liverpool in the UK which was “a great adventure and very hard work”.

Best Vets around! We started taking our pets there in 1994 when Dr. Czarnecki was working with Dr. T. We had Sarah - yellow lab, and Lance - kitty cat). When Dr. C left then Dr. Smith started and she took great care of Sarah when she came down with bone cancer in 2006. She has a great sense of humor and is very caring and knowledgeable. All the staff is great, too - everyone is super helpful!
